Easy Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
  • 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup beef gravy

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Brown meat in large skillet. Drain.
  2. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese and garlic until well blended.
  3. Stir vegetables and gravy into meat.
  4. Spoon in to 9-inch square baking dish.
  5. Cover with potato mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake for 20 min. or until heated through.

Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. Kraft Italian Spaghetti Box Mix
  • 3 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni
  • 1 small can Mushrooms
  • 1 T. margarine
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, drain and add 2 pkgs. of spices to ground beef.
  2. Add 1 jar of spaghetti sauce to meat plus 1/2 jar water.
  3. Cook spaghetti as directed.
  4. Brown mushrooms in margarine and add to meat mixture.
  5. Drain spaghetti and mix into meat sauce. Place 1/2 of mixture at bottom of large pan.
  6. Cover with cheddar cheese, add remaining spaghetti. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  7. Bake at 350 until cheese melts (about 10 minutes).

Pork Steak

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Pork Steak
  • 2 large sliced onions
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Trim steak.
  2. Flour, salt and pepper steak.
  3. Brown in small amount of oil.
  4. Place browned meat on bed of thick sliced onions in 9x13 dish.
  5. Mix BBQ Sauce and water; pour over meat.
  6. Bake covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Ragu

Directions

Layer in large skillet:

  • 8-10 slices of bacon cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 lbs. top round roast cut into bite size pieces
  • 4-5 thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 onion, thin sliced

Add 2T of water

Cook on medium heat until potatoes are fork tender - do not stir!

Add salt, pepper or seasoning to taste.

Chicken Bacon Ranch

Directions

  1. Coat each breast of chicken with Ranch dressing.
  2. Wrap chicken with bacon; usually 2 pieces per breast.
  3. Bake uncovered in glass dish at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Last five minutes, place a slice of your favorite Boar's Head cheese on each breast.

Easy Oven Bake Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 chops bone-in
  • 3/4t salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 1t brown sugar 

Directions

  1. Mix salt, pepper and brown sugar
  2. Preheat oven to 325
  3. Rinse chops and pat dry
  4. Line a shallow baking pan w/foil and spray with non-stick spray
  5. Coat both sides of the chop well with spice mixture
  6. Place coated chops in baking pan and cook for 15 minutes on center rack of oven; turn and cook an additional 15 minutes
  7. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before eating
